Drove 25mins to get to store by 10am. Google says open 10am waiting to see if someone would unlock door like all the other stores around, there was nothing. So I decided to walk up to door to see if maybe open but no in small print it says on a sign that they open at 11. Well update your hour of operation on google! Thanks

Vans in Anthem does have great customer service. On 7/2 Devin helped with many try ons and looking in the back before getting the right pairs. So helpful and pleasant!

Customer service was great even though the store was really busy. They had a buy 1 pair of shoes get another equal or lesser value for 50% off so we bought two pairs. Cashier asked if we were Vans Family members (rewards program) and we weren't. Since this is our 2nd purchase there in 8 months for our growing pre-teen boy, I signed up. Lol! They gave me a coupon for $25 off a future purchase of 75 or more since I spent over $75. I will be back to get a few clothing and accessories items for the boy for Christmas.

Adding photos of shoes we picked this time to show what variety they carry but really they have SO many different patterns, styles, and colors in each size from toddler to grown ups.

Employees were friendly and helpful. One even asked if I wanted him to hold our 2 boxes of shoes at the front for us. That was super nice and we got to do a little more shopping hands free. I'd highly recommend this store. The prices are amazing compared to the Vans website too or department stores. Great balance of value to style.

Courtney and Abby were the absolute best people ever. So so sweet and even though I came in 20 minute before close (didn’t realize they were closing that soon) helped search the entire store front and back and even extra stock to help me find some shoes for the suns game that I’m going to. No luck sadly on my size but they were a delight to work with and so sweet. Thank you guys for everything you do.

Great outlet store! Approached by almost every staff member working, but never felt pressured or rushed, and actually ended up using their help. Always enjoy visiting this outlet store, and the staff's enthusiasm, and willingness to get you the right shoes!
