The volunteers were very personable and helpful! One of the volunteers asked me if it was my first time visiting the thrift store...I told her it was and she gave me a tour of the 3 buildings. She also said that the proceeds go to a food pantry in Payson.

This thrift store was highly recommended to me by my coworkers, as I am new to Payson. Pictures are a couch and ottoman that I purchased. I also purchased a framed picture and throw pillows.

I highly recommend this thrift store. Quality goods in excellent condition at extremely low prices!!!

Surprisingly lively place, the volunteers look like they work hard! They have a good system in place for paying for things with a credit card, which seems like a silly thing to notice, but I've been in my fair share of secondhand stores who don't really have that figured out. Scored an awesome piece of vintage clothing for $10. If you're looking for vintage furniture or housewares, this is a good spot!

I was helping my neighbor out....she received a voucher for furniture because she had none. I can't believe how rude and disrespectful the staff was while we we there because my friend had a voucher. At one point another employee asked this woman helping us if she needed any help...and the rude employee said in a very disrespectful tone " NO...it's "one of these".
How rude....and degrading. Same woman said it would take a week for delivery to try and discourage a delivery.
Shame on you....just because someone is going through a rough time doesn't give ANYONE THE RIGHT TO BE RUDE AND MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE LESS.
The delivery men were wonderful and came the SAME day.
Just because your a volunteer does NOT give you the right to treat people the way we were treated. I'll be making donations to a different organization from now on.

I come in once a month and last month I didn't love the way I was treated in store 3 by the cashier but I chalked it up to a bad day or maybe I read her wrong. However, yesterday was yet another bad experience only because of her. The volunteers in store 1 and 2 are kind and chatty. The cashier in store 3 is flat out rude. Amongst pulling items from my hands after asking "did you get that in this store?" and when hearing yes she takes them from me which the intention is good - to hold them up front but you don't physically take items out of someone's hands. Second, I accidentally handed her the wrong card to pay and asked for it back so I could switch and her response was "Does it matter?" To which I responded yes because one is a business card and one isn't - she proceeded to charge the wrong card anyway. I think I'll skip store 3 from now on. Still love the other stores!

Very cool location, every building is a modified cabin. Unfortunately, just as another reviewer mentioned recently, a very rude and grumpy woman yelled at my partner and I for almost walking into the business office that was left wide open with a tiny "Private" sign hung above it that blends in with everything else. She definitely ruined the experience, and her attitude reeked of "I only work here because I'm bored." If multiple people have made that mistake, maybe close the door instead of being lazy? It's not that hard to open it up again. Would've been 5 stars of she wasn't so rude.

We were about to checkout and got yelled at by a very unpleasant worker for not knowing which room was which and almost stepping into their "office" that was wide open and blended in with everything other room. She huffed and puffed after we apologized. We left without buying anything. Very grumpy old lady. Won't be back

Extremely Pleasant people that wait on you kind and funny. The facilities are so clean and nicely decorated and the prices are great if I had a complaint it would only be that they're not open enough days a week. But I understand when you have volunteers they have a life too love shopping there

They are only open Friday and Saturdays...always lots of people. Finally stopped to shop...LOTS of great finds. Everything nicely displayed and lots of helpful people. Prices are very reasonable.
