A very cute store with an amazing staff. Ed will always give you a very fair price. Thank you Peggy for always being willing to carry my stuff out! ?

UPDATE!!! This original review was written about a month ago & I forgot to post it!! I am happy to say the store itself has actually continued to show how wonderful they are!! The employees that have seen me there regularly will always greet me and inquire how I’m doing! Thank you for outstanding customer service Peggy, Sherry, John, Johnathon and especially Ed for your role in keeping things running so smoothly, your genuine conversations with many customers….and for carrying my stuff to the car when it’s heavy! Me and my family are hardcore thrift store shoppers. To be honest, I don’t think I ever buy brand new clothes, and when I do, it feels weird. This store has great volunteers, a great selection of merchandise, and even has a collectible store right next door. They exist to support the Time Out shelter which is a woman’s shelter in Payson, which is a great cause. I don’t think I have ever left here disappointed. I love this store!

Let me see.... well, it all started as soon as I walked through the door, "Good Morning" I heard from the left and a "Hello" came from the right. I felt like I was in the right place.
So many nice things to look at and to ponder about.
Hmm, this would look nice above the fireplace, and, oh how cool is that? I had one of those, way back in high school!
I really had fun, just taking my time wandering about the store. Nice, clean place.

Great store. Lots of volunteers who devote their time for a great cause. They are always welcoming and do their best to greet everyone, no matter who they are. Their prices are fair, they have nice and clean merchandise, they have great sales, they try to keep the merchandise fresh and displayed in an appealing way. I'm sure they would welcome help from anyone that would be willing. Their little cute antique store next door is great, as well. Time Out is a favorite for me when I'm in Payson. Thank you to all who make it that way!!

I go to Payson often. Love the place and great people there, but a few can really spoil and give Payson a bad name. The cashier lady made this place an ice house for me. She greeted and chitchatted with others, and didn't even bother to honor my presence when I came up to the counter. Perception is important. It was a weird eery visit. First day, I got hurled at "F.... N. Word", Second day, a lumberjack landscaper yelled " I can F... up here". All these happened when I just rode my bike. Unbelievable, unreal!

By chance I found this thrift shop while traveling through Payson. What a great little shop plus on Thursday it was 40% off. I bought 2 items.

Showed up a ten minutes before closing time and was denied access to the section I wanted to shop in. I'm in town for work and it's boring at the hotel so I thought I'd buy a DVD. That would have taken maybe 3 to 5 minutes to pick a movie and be on my way but Lyn wasn't having it. If you want better service I'd recommend the goodwill just next door.

Welcoming but average store. Nice employees. Very firm on all prices that I noticed with their customers. I had to giggle at the employees' comment when she did not honor a posted but expired 15% off, "well it is STILL copper do you want it or not?" Like it would change. Cute.
I appericated their cleanliness.
