We had a fantastic experience working with Graphic House for our large outdoor wall sign. From the very beginning, Chris Paulson was incredibly responsive during the bidding process—much faster than other companies we reached out to—and his professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He answered questions quickly and thoroughly, ensuring we had all the information we needed to move forward with confidence.

When it came to the final product, the sign turned out exactly as we envisioned. The face-lit channel letters and cloud cabinet were manufactured to spec, and the quality was evident. The installation team was just as professional, completing the install in just half a day, exactly as scheduled. We had booked the installation about 5 weeks in advance, and they stayed right on track with the timeline even during the holidays, which was a huge plus.

One thing that really stood out was how committed they were to getting everything just right. After installation, I initially thought the sign wasn't quite bright enough at night. Without hesitation, they added more lighting at no extra cost to ensure it met expectations, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. That level of responsiveness and willingness to make adjustments really speaks to the company’s dedication to customer satisfaction.

There were no billing surprises along the way—everything was communicated clearly, and the entire team was friendly and easy to work with. The sign looks fantastic, and it’s a perfect representation of our school. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Graphic House to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-executed signage project!
