Nick was very helpful, friendly, happy and smiled. Made us feel like a friend more than like a customer. He listened, stayed in our budget and didn’t try to over sell. The couch fits perfectly and is very comfortable.

Katie met us at the door and asked what we were interested in today. She took us to the dining sets and explained everything about them. There was no pressure and when we told her we needed to shop around, she suggested other places. We ended up coming back to Slumberland to bought the second one we looked at. We, Dory & I, went to Slumberland in Rice Lake, Wi.. The lady and the man who very nicely greeted us there were excellent to speak with about buying a lift recliner. The man answered all of our questions, made a half a dozen trips from the display area to his office to look up many details that we inquired about. We needed to order the chair which we chose to buy and it and the whole process was smooth and delightful. Thanks for the non-pressure selling/buying experience, Slumberland employees.

Katie was wonderful at the Rice Lake Slumberland. Friendly and very helpful. She figured out the price of the clearance Christmas items and we definitely bought quite a few of them.
