Marsh misrepresented the details of our home insurance...which is pretty bad! We had matching siding insurance on our home; however, when making a claim for this because 3 sides were damaged from hail, it was denied because our siding is steel.

Even though I was told multiple times we were covered for this under our insurance, Marsh did not stand up for me and went the "there's nothing we can do" approach. They even stopped responding to my emails altogether.

Please, be cautious with them. If you have a Ford F-150 with aluminum body, maybe you will be denied because they only cover steel body vehicles. If you have a fiberglass boat, maybe your claim will be denied because they only cover aluminum.... even though you have been paying premiums this whole time. Your insurance might not be tailored to you and the items you think you actually have insured. "Sorry, there's nothing we can do!" (but thank you for paying your premiums)

Word of caution...I would go elsewhere, and I have since moved on from Marsh because they have lost credibility with me and I cannot trust my coverage or what they tell me.

Marsh insurance is absolutely incompetent. Not only did their claims adjustor take nearly a week to actually get out to look at the vehicle, but he also Ignored us for an entire week strait. First he would be there friday, then it was too dark so he said he would come on Monday, without hearing a single word from him and having him ignore us for that day, he finally showed up on Tuesday.

They do not cover the damage their clients cause, when I was hit by a woman in an intersection and it was her fault, I expected her insurance company to at least give me the value of repairs on my vehicle. But they low balled me and refused to even listen to any counter offers. Please do everyone a favor and do not use marsh insurance.
