Beautiful & quiet park. New owners recently took over and they are the best! You'd be lucky to find a spot in this park. The views are breathtaking!

Horrible landlord, manager, and terrible trailer park. Poorly designed park, sewers too close to Windows resulting in everybody being sick all the time. Management "make mistakes" reading utilities according to landlord resulting in a lot of overcharging on utilities. Very evil place, I would warn anyone to avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn't wish these people on my worst enemies. It's been reported to me that the landlord, management are Liars, thieves, drunks, and drug dealers.

Terrible, advertises homes for sale but somehow doesn't have access to show them. Anyone spending money on a home should be able to see it inside first.
