Your store hours are miserable. I don't even get off work until 5. This is why I have to buy all my stuff off the internet and not support local businesses. It would he nice to go buy an amp or new antenna equipment and have instant gratitude.

I ordered A close out antenna from HRO a few days ago and got a call the next day from the Phoenix store letting me know that they were sold out but the store manager found one at the Colorado store. The SM said it would ship from the CO store and within 2 days I had it in my hands.
I've been a ham for over 30 years, I've dealt with many radio outlets that are no longer around. HRO has never let me down supplying great gear & great customer service.

The Phoenix HRO is excellent! The staff has always been very helpful and really knowledgeable too. Been an HRO fan for years and have bought numerous equipment/gear from the Phoenix HRO and always satisfied and delighted! Great job HRO, keep up the good work!!!

Was in The area and had to pop in and have a look see at ALL the radios on display. I already have way too much equipment however their stations are set up so nicely its just nice to go in and see.

Being new and just GMRS not HAM yet,I'll say i was a bit hesitant however, I do like to support local businesses.i've only needed different connectors so far but they've had what I needed and I think they're warming up to me. I do look forward to going there,the place is packed with goods!(and knowledge I'm sure!)

Thank you to HRO Phx. This is my third Yaesu radio bought from HRO. The last order, USPS really messed up my order and sent it to SD when I am in AZ. Ron was so helpful as with all staff to include CO and TX which they will ship from any US store. Great network of HRO stores.

For more than a decade, I have been purchasing radios and related from HRO. The day after I got my tech license I drove down (I'm about an hour and a half away) and bought a brand new Yaesu Ft-8900r. And just the other day I rung them up bought a new HT (which arrived remarkably quickly).
