One word - Pathetic !
Booked a overnight stay in Munich.
The stay was done by a partner of Lidl Reisen - FTI Touristik Munich.
After reaching the hotel after a long drive, we come to know the booking wasn’t done at all !!! Had to make multiple calls and arguments only to realize, I have to contact FTI Touristik (who did not bother to attend the call at all).
Luckily the hotel manager was sensible and friendly, he helped us, had to send him the mail confirmation from Lidl Reisen/ FTI Touristik, and they told they will take care of further. Soo much stress and drama that could have been avoided, if people did their jobs right!
Highly Disappointed , zero Professionalism, no sense of customer management. Will never recommend to anyone.
