Our church pictorial directory was made last year. Everyone was well pleased with the final product. The people ( Pamela, Darlene & photographer Henri) I worked with were very helpful and professional. I will be contacting Color Craft Studios for our next directory.

Our church, First Newark Baptist Church in Thomasville, Ga, had not had a church directory in 10 years. We did a google search and found them on line. I can’t rave enough about our photographer, Curtis, and Pam, the marketing director. They were so accommodating and professional! Our directory turned out so good, vibrant colors, very professional looking! You couldn’t find anyone better to work with.

My church recently had Color Craft Studios do a pictorial directory for our congregation. The portraits were done in early February. The directories were just delivered this weekend (mid October). Most of the pictures are very dark with dark backgrounds and not at all flattering to the subjects. Anyone who wore something black or navy pretty much disappears into the picture. I am not a professional photographer but I have taken classes and take lots of pictures. Better lighting would have improved these pictures in almost all of the cases. Waiting 8 months to receive these pitiful directories is ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our pictorial directories were delivered last week and they look terrific.
It has been a long time since I have worked with a more competent and cordial group of people. I would like to call out Darlene, Pamela, Christi, Ida, Becka, and Elaine for and outstanding job.
These people took care of my every need and complaint in an expedited manner. They are friendly and funny. Very enjoyable to work with.
I would heartily recommend Color Craft to anyone who is considering a church pictorial directory.

The photographer was very unprofessional and rude. He did not know how to get kids attention. My grandson was crying, he showed my daughter the photo on the camera and she told him it was fine. When the pics came back he denied there was a little boy in the shoot because they had cropped him out if ALL of the pics(as if she doesn't know if she has a son). He told her they will send pic with him holding a football. Ok fine. She received a call today & only pic they have he is holding his hands up & sister looking down. Maybe she will received that mess for the $10.00 she spent to take the pic & spent no more due to bad business. Very disappointing when she was expecting family pics

The photographer was very unprofessional. When my photos came back he stated the company cropped my one year old son out of every photo after he told my mom the little boy did not exist. He stated that the company removed my son from the photos because they thought that I would not want any photos with him crying. He “called” the company and explained which photo I wanted and then when the company called me a month later he deleted all the photos with my son but the worse picture where no one was looking at the camera. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend anyone using the company or photographer Zidee.

The photographer was professional. The sales pitch is not thorough. There was no mention of ALL SALES FINAL until I called back within 24 hours. The quality of the product and the limited background choices are not a great value for the money they collected. Fool me one… shame on you! Never again.
