I work from home the internet went out at ten am and it is now 10 pm and I’m still without internet. This happens at least once every two weeks and I lose a whole day of work for a 7 dollar credit. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere

Mediacom has known about this issue with our internet being down due to someone wrecking and hitting the pole that connected the lines to our house for 10 days. Have called about 15 times and even went in person. Have gotten someone to hook the line to our pole and we are just waiting on someone to come with a bucket truck to connect it across the road. Terrible service. It’s good internet until it goes out and you don’t have any for 10 plus days.

Edited to add: I was on the phone for more than 30 min with your escalation department and asked them to handle this inappropriate situation. I also confirmed the call was being recorded. Perhaps you can check with them or pull the tape for further details. I feel reporting inappropriate behavior by one of your employees should suffice on my end. The ball is in your court to see if you will indeed handle this.

1/16/2023. Mediacom tech yelled “hey pretty lady” to me. At the corner of Douglas lane and Sowell road brewton Alabama. 8:30 AM. Truck #12. Reported to Mediacom and they told me to call the local office.

A bucket worker came on my street to apparently do some work and disconnected my cable said he would reconnect in a few minutes....when he returned to reconnect I found out I lost some cable channels and my Internet and phone functions. Went to the Monroeville Office and was told that the guy would return that evening to undo the damages and never showed up. I lost time in online classes that I was taking and had to wait for a tech guy to come and straighten out the mess. He is suppose to come between 8 and 12 and it is 9:07 and still waiting which is an inconvenience cause I can't go anywhere til he show up. This is a bummer and blunder. I am seriously considering changing to satellite.

I have not had service for a week. I call customer service and talked to a machine, finally got a representative on line, she told me to unplug from the wall and then she hung up, this happen twice, still no service.

Terrible service. No one ever picks up the phone or calls back. WiFi is constantly going out with no one caring enough to fix it.
