Ehh. Customer service isn't in America for being an Alaskan company so that's questionable but their Soldotna store does okay for its employees being helpful

Long wait times and lines in the summer season most days, no qualms though. Employees are friendly and always greet you with a smile, as long as you do the same. ;P Prices are fair and strait forward. Great job guys!

So apparently I just found out today that my ex husband was allowed to walk into the store. Assces my account, not as an authorized user financed him a new iPhone 13, port in a line from another carrier, and then let him walk out.

Mind you he is not on my account, we are divorced, he accessed it he financed it, and then left it like it's he's going to stick it to me.

Are you serious?

Then customer service looked it up told me I can only get the phone from my ex, and cancel the phone line while paying for the phone.

P.s. he's not on my account. He's not an authorized user on the account... omg are you kidding me? Yeah this is going to be handled very soon.

So Maybe we should just do that to all our neighbors lines if Homer's giving away free phones.

Kelly is great, but i was sold a open package. Very short hours. Can't return opened item.
Customer service was absolutely no help gave me the run around.

Terrible experience with the excuse of a company. 2 no shows 2 days in a row for installation. Main office claims installation tech showed up yesterday and left a door tag (he didn’t) local office says he never showed up. Didn’t come today either. If I wanted to entertain my self with such comedies I would go to the circus

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only is it impossible to talk/call someone, there's mask restrictions in the store even when nobodies there.

GCI is hardwired in our new townhouse complex. However, we've been told that our address is not serviceable and have to wait 24 hours. We've now been getting the run around and seems impossible to get internet where we are.

I've used their phone and cable service for over 10 years and they have always had very professional customer service. Kelly is great. Recently added internet and had same great service.
