We had this company for many years now. Always nice, friendly and helpful. Their drivers/delivery guys are top notch. Melanie the receptionist is always kind and professional on the phone. This company is the type of business everyone should follow ! They actually care about their customers and truly go above and beyond to handle situations! We had a tank from another company and after being on hold for literally hours and then unable to actually talk to anyone whatsoever we made the switch to First Propane and they acted immediately!
I would highly recommend them and will allow all my social media outlets to know just how incredible they are ! Great Job First Propane . Tj

Lousy operation. Even after I was told they would take care of me because I stay at a community that has been "very good to them" I lost everything in my refrigerator and freezer because they never came and filled my tanks on Monday, Oct 12th, like they assured me they would. They give you the impression that your business is very important to them, yet completely ignore you after the call.

I'm not actually a customer, but I called, on a Sunday, for an elderly lady who happens to be deaf. Marcus was wonderful, he came and filled up her tank 35 minutes after I called... on a Sunday. Great customer service.

This company is awesome! Friendly, relatable, prompt, efficient, thorough. Very well priced too!!! Im so glad we found this company when we moved up here! Called a few companies to get the tank that came we ith the house filled. No one wanted to come out for weeks!! Saying we were too far out of town to get anyone out any sooner. Called first propane and they were out next day, no problem!
