I love flourish! It’s one of the only places in Tucson/Oro valley that does HOT yoga which is a must for me. But they offer so much more like chill Yin classes and weight/strength additions. I especially love the cold peppermint/lavender towel after each class!

I can’t say enough good things about Flourish Yoga! The classes are awesome, and the instructors are so knowledgeable and encouraging. There’s such a great variety of classes too, so whether I’m in the mood for something relaxing or a good workout, they’ve got me covered.

The space itself is beautiful and super calming, which makes it such a nice place to practice. But honestly, what I love the most is the sense of community. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and you feel like you’re part of something special.

The studio is great. The instructors are all engaging and friendly. The cold lavender peppermint towel at the end of the heated class is a nice touch. The studio and the restrooms are very clean. I would definitely recommend this studio!!

I have really enjoyed my experience so far at Flourish! It's a really cute and well-kept studio, and the instructors are very supportive. I love the variety of hot, warm and sculpt classes. I look forward continuing to Flourish and Flow!

What a gem in the desert Flourish is. I wish I had discovered this studio sooner! There are so many class options and times and every instructor I have tried has been nothing short of excellent! The online booking system is very easy. I love the friendliness and sense of community Flourish offers. If you are an established yogi or new to yoga, you will find your place and be very happy you did!

Flourish is amazing! I attended a few sessions shortly after they opened and loved it but had to take a hiatus due to a busy schedule. I recently started back and it’s the same as I remember! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The peppermint towel at the end of the sessions is a lifesaver. I whole heartedly recommend Flourish to any, beginnings and experts.
