Photographer was late and later was rushing through our appointment. Did not use polite response to my one question.I understand he was late but this is supposed to be a memory not a bad experience.We were also charged a re scheduling fee when I had to change my daughter's appointment, due to my niece passing away 2 days before. So sad.

I thought this place was over priced and not very friendly to parents. They mentioned that we can bring our pets for the photo, but kicked us outside because of "safety". My dog was unable to walk on his own, but this didn't matter. It was over 100 degrees that day. Because of this I could not be in the room while the photos were taken. So I wasn't able to give any input on any of the poses etc. After the photos were purchase (download retouched 2 digital) there was an upcharge for the retouching on the yearbook photo. I would recommend questioning all the fees.

I would like to take the time to give a huge thanks to Samira and Chris. Yesterday, my son had an appointment to take his Senior pictures. They both made our experience special. They both engaged professionally. Samira took her time to help him find the perfect size and my son shared that Cris was really nice and made him feel comfortable. We are looking forward to view these photos. Thank you again!

It’s frustratingly short-sighted. They’ll charge you if you reschedule after missing an appointment, yet if you don’t come back at all, they get nothing. You’d think they’d understand that people have other commitments that can arise unexpectedly

Spoke to a manager, she was very rude and hung up on me. They don’t seem to have answers to any of my questions. They can’t even give me any updates on when my pictures will be available just to view. It’s literally has been a month. And when I asked if they can direct me to anyone who can provide more info, she stated we can not provide that information. It’s pretty ridiculous that not even the manager knows.

This company is extremely disappointing. Not only do they overcharge, but their owner displays a terrible attitude towards both employees and customers. Because of their monopoly with schools, they act as though they don't care about their customers. In this age, whoeven goes for traditional portrait photography anymore? They're just profiting off students. Everyone should boycott them. Very bad company.

We purchased the $49 studio plus session for senior/yearbook, which included retouching of photo. When you go to view, they want to charge you an additional $20 for retouch to brighten teeth. Please don’t take advantage of families with seniors, we are already spending a lot for their year!
