I would give Zero stars if I could. Truthfully I did not want to make this review but after thinking so much about my experience and feeling unhappy and lowkey scammed, and after reviewing the owners terrible responses to customers on yelp and google I decided to write it. (I did not reach out for them to fix the issue or money back based on her rude and attitude filled responses to her customers) I had came in here once before for a haircut by Ashley that I really loved!!! So for my next retouch i wanted to try someone new and based off Veronica's instagram I chose her. I had a large amount of growth since my last bleaching session and I explained to her I wanted to stay blonde, she suggested to avoid damaging the hair she would do some highlights but also explained that my hair would not be as light as my previous hair and it would have to be done in sessions. I accepted because I felt she was the expert and she was looking out for me. She put a dark toner that darkened my hair and I was a little upset but in the end i figured she knew what was best! Now when I went homeI noticed how terribly she applied these highlights (I will insert pics) I had multiple tones in my hair and I was so embarrassed to show the girls and I just hated it!! Even my girlfriends were like "WTF?!?! HAPPENED?" Especially for the $350 she charged me!!! It was suppose to be a Bday gift to myself!! I felt SCAMMED!!!I was so mad at myself for spending that kind of money to look like I walked out a JANKY salon! So I ended up going elsewhere to get a consultation and the girl fixed the mess and even lightened me lighter than what Veronica said was doable all while keeping my hairs integrity! I wonder if its a scam to get u to come in sessions to get you to pay more in the long run! Be careful ladies!

Danielle and Isaac did my mom's hair and it came out amazing. My mom hasn't felt this beautiful in a very long time she had the biggest smile I've seen on her face in years after getting up from that chair.
They were surprisingly quick and my mom loved how gentle they were with her. I can't say thank you enough we'll most definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to my favorite hair salon rock.paper.scissors Downtown Chino since day one and I can’t say enough good things about my hairstylist Danielle! She always knows exactly what my hair needs and makes me feel amazing every time I come for my touch ups, haircuts or fresh new color. Danielle is so knowledgeable in her craft, I love how she knows exactly what to do and I can just count on her expertise. After all these years, I still look forward to every visit — she’s simply the best!

My girls and I came in for a haircut and style. Each stylist took us on time and finished within the hour. My girls took in inspo pictures and they actually came out exactly how they wanted. My hair came out cute as well. Very happy with the outcome. This salon is our go to salon. Always clean and friendly staff.

What an amazing spot an amazing place to get a beautiful trim all the way to a beautiful color! My hairstylist Mikayla did such an amazing job on my hair I now realize why I keep going back to her. Not only was the atmosphere amazing she's a great conversationalist and a great listener, never a boring time with her, And she gets the job done! 10/10 recommend

Very cute salon, but spending 200+, I will not refer this salon to anyone else .. Especially, when your dye starts fading away 5 days later.. It all started to fade around my face..Went back , because my stylist said to come back , exactly 14 days later, I showed her that my greys , she told me that it’s normal it’s hair growth, a dye job for 5- days is not worth 200. They responded real fast when I told my stylist about it , welcomed me to come back, but when I came back - felt very unwelcome, felt that tension, and all she can say it’s normal but…. After that, I knew I was wasting her time.. But she sure did take my money with no problem.. Bottom line.. this salon box dye doesn’t last on your hair more than 5 days .

I went to Veronica for a bleaching session to get my way to platinum hair & her work on IG looks really good but i ended up with with a bad toner color & for $450! (my hair is a little bit past my shoulders) that's was not what i was hoping for & i feel a lil scammed. 🫤I told her i wanted dark roots but she insisted this brown orange color would look way better and i tried to tell her i prefer dark roots but she said "it would be hard to take out" so i just accepted it. I wanted a light gray color all over but ended up with a very dark gray ( it made me look old ) at first i just tried to love it my fam said it looked good but the next day when i went out a person had mistaken me to be older 😭 so ofcourse naturally i freak out & msged Veronica & told her , her advice was "it'll wash out use a clarifying shampoo 3 times " so i did & the brown orange roots looked really orange & the washed out gray was splotchy mind you I'm going to meet my bfs mother in a few days. I asked her if she can fix it she said she doesn't recommend it cause my hair if to fragile now , i ask her can she just do temporary dark dye so i don't look weird, she said "i wouldn't do dark that'll look weird but yea come in and I'll see what i can do". I was crying & having a panic attack cause i looked alil crazy so i found a hairstylist in Westminister (i live in rancho ) (canceled my fix it appt with Veronica) & she saved me big time her name is Cindy hair salon God bless her heart . In all i spent $840!! just to get the hair i wanted in a span of 2 days 😟
