Working with Ian has been a positive experience. Initially, he reached out to me almost 8/9 months ago and I asked him to call me back (at that time) in 6 months. He kept his word, did not overwhelm me with follow up calls, and called me 6 months later. While setting up our website, edits did need to be done and a few things needed to be fixed, but he was always on top of it in a timely manner and making sure his team completed everything correctly. His communication is clear and quick, and he breaks things down so they are easily understood. I am a new customer and have been happy with my experience, with Ian specifically, so far.
