Shanna S. Was very rude and doesn't listen to order. Order was incorrect and she refused to give me a water cup when I order a coffee. I have never experience this type of service and she needs training. Very disappointed with the type of service in such a good type of neighborhood. I bought a gift card and she was so rude when she was rang me up. Hope you have a better day Shanna S.

To preface, I really like Dutch Bros however this location is pretty lazy in their hiring. All other locations the baristas are friendly and accommodating.
The baristas here don’t seem to care for their jobs. The previous visit the gentleman seemed less friendly than the typical “Dutch bros employe” & didn’t answer questions well
This visit, the barista appeared to prioritize their friends who were hanging out near the window. I ordered a drink with no ice and explained it was going in the fridge overnight for an early morning shift and that I didn’t want it to water it down overnight. I will add my own ice in the morning. I also said it’s okay to give me less drink/leave space due to the lack of ice/charge more, etc… whatever they need to do. I know DB uses a LOT of ice so I knew it would be watery
They gave me the drink with ice and said they “couldn’t do it without ice”? I have never had an issue with this request before- either at other locations or Starbucks. I typically get “less” drink aka same quantity but with room at the top. Honestly it seemed like she forgot it was no ice, didn’t want to remake it, and made an excuse about not being able to make it that way. This was at 9pm so it wasn’t like it was busy- I interpreted it as they were more preoccupied with their friends & or just didn’t want to remake it.
The barista did give me awesome stickers from the back though- so 2 stars for that!

Today I went to Dutch Bros to have drinks made in pink for a gender reveal via the color of the drink and the staff went way above and beyond and shared in the excitement! They disguised the color of the drink with napkins so the proud new parents just had to remove the napkins to find out the gender of their sweet new baby to be, the staff was so amazing and cheered the new parents to be on as they unwrapped their drinks to reveal they were having a baby girl!! They made the experience so much more special for all of us !!! Thank you so much !!!! I wish I would have gotten their names tho!! So if they read this thank you truly from the bottom of my heart ,you are all amazing!!!!!

Worst drive through experience ever, Went through the drive through at 6:15am on Sunday 12/15/2024 .. my wife was trying to order at the window and the music was so loud the young lady taking the order had to keep saying what over and over again, she couldn’t get what milk she wanted, she must have asked 4 times and still messed it up. I get it listening to music at work but not when it comes in the way of doing your job. It’s just rude. Looks like Gravity or black rock will be getting my business.

I was so excited to place my first online order. App Was super easy and helpful. Get there and staff was having a great time joking around in the booth. Walking up to the window greeted by ATTITUDE like I was putting her out by saying I have an app order. I waited the estimated time stated on app 13min. Drinks, only 2 were not even started.

3 times that I came here and I always have to get my drink remade, I came here today and I ordered a mango rebel with EXTRA soft top and then at the window I asked for more soft top because the amount they gave me was a regular amount.. they ended up putting more and the girl at the drive through told me at the end that I have to pay an extra $3 when I literally already paid for the extra soft top. Will never come back here again since the employees think that they can charge you for something you already paid for. It does not come out of your check.

Love this location, it’s our spot! We come here weekly, sometimes multiple times. They’re fast, so even if the line is long, it moves quickly. The staff is always above and beyond friendly and drinks are tasty. Plus, this is one of the few locations who is always stocked with the stickers or extras for those of us obsessive Dutch Bros fans. 10/10 recommend!

I haven't been to a Dutch Bros in years. Decided to try again today.
The workers at every other DB are always suuuuuper friendly and positive. Not this one. They're condescending and a little rude.
They put a sign in the lonnnnnnng drive thru line that says you should order on the app. The other option is to wait for a girl with an iPad to get to you.
We had been in the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes by the time we got to the sign which appeared to be about halfway to the window. We figured it would be 10 more minutes at least, plus the app offered a free drink. We ordered via the app and it turned out only to be 5 minutes. This meant that when we got to the window they couldn't help us. We had to park and walk up even though we would've had our drinks right away had we waited 2 more minutes and made the order with the chick standing in the sun with the iPad.
If you're wondering whether ordering via the app when you see the sign in the drive through telling you to do it is a good idea... It is not. It doesn't put you in line between iPad lady orders. It puts you waaaaaaay at the end. This means everyone behind you in the drive thru will have their drinks and be on their way before you. Plus you'll have to park and walk up.
