I have used the services of Ashdown Solutions and Tony Baulch on more than one occasion over the past 10+ years. My office is mainly Mac based and has had problems with IP addresses clashes, which was drastically slowing my network down and also affecting the internet speeds. Tony came out at very short notice and sorted this problem out with the minimum of fuss and at an extremely competitive rate. Also, the fact that it was a cross-platform network of Macs and PCs did not phase Tony in the slightest. Tony has also helped me out with advice on a number of occasions, including for data backups, email back-ups, data storage and the purchasing of new equipment.

A couple of years ago, my system crashed beyond what I thought would be salvageable. Tony managed to salvage every single job I had ever done over a period of just a few hours. He then installed a new hard drive on my main mac and transferred all the files (intact) back into their original locations.
