NRG rocks! Noah and Christine are wonderful. They are a wealth of knowledge and truly care about their customers. I didn’t know what muscle activation was... but after 3 c-sections - I really needed it. I feel stronger and have less pain. If you need a great MAT provider or Pilates class - look no further.
