Best Customer Service in a very long time. Beautiful store and well stocked. They are willing to talk to you and help with any question and just have a friendly conversation. The displays are beautiful and just a nice place to browse. You can see the hard work they put into the store and very clean. Worth the walk to the outlet. They also have curbside pick up so you can order online and have it brought to your car.

I bought three kid items there this morning, around $80. Will never be returning. I got home, two of the slimes I bought were open and dried up. The other activity was so cheaply made and I got charged $22 for that. Will not be returning. Do not buy kid stuff from here. Total nightmare.

So nice that this store exists! Clean, well organized. Easy to find what your looking for! Lots of household items, crafting supplies, art suppiles of every medium. Lots of kitchen supplies, for cake making and decorating, cookies, cupcakes, candles. You name it, soap making the list goes on!

OMG! I have been to hundreds of Michaels stores in several different states & this is hands down the best! Big store & customer service is above & beyond. This store is located in the Outlets Mall & is fairly new so let's hope they keep up the good work. Very clean & organized.....I'll be driving the few extra miles to shop at this Michaels from now on.

Its alot nicer than the markham location. I dont know if its the layout or store size but it seems as though they have more of a selection than the markham location. I was greeted by an associate when i walked in. She was super friendly and had a genuine smile on her face.

This store has set up shop in one of the big spaces in the Outlets and in only a small time has helped add life to the place. They have a variety of things for anybody that wants to craft or decorate. The staff is pleasant and give off an air of experience despite the store being relatively new. I was honestly just wandering around with no real goal in mind when I entered and I wasn't disappointed with my time spent there lol. I know I'll be back soon.

I loved it! Alana was so kind and helpful, she gave me amazing tips for painting and artistry in general. I'm so glad that there is a new Micheals closer to home. 10/10 will come again!

We stopped by Friday (opening day) and got lots of crafty items. Inside was very nice, staff was very attentive and friendly. Also loved the ease of check out. Super excited about the new Michaels! Very convenient location for me.?
