I came in 12/27/2024 to purchase accessories for my new phone. I was unaware that it was closing hours. The way that Michelle, Kaylee, and Jason conducted themselves is top tier excellent customer service. They went over and beyond to provide me with plenty of assistance. I understand that employees be ready to go home and at closing hours but this staff is great for the company. If you ask me they deserve a raise because it’s hard to find employees who value and love there job.

I was in the store today around 3:00. I wanted to buy a phone, while I was waiting there was a older man (older senior citizen) that a young lady was helping. He seemed to be a little upset, but in no way was he rude to the young girl, just expression his frustration with what he was going though, trying to get a phone return. A man named Jason was on the phone, he put his call on hold, and told him if he was going to mistreat the employee and be mean to them he would throw him out of the store and pointed at the door. He said he was the manager. I'm not sure what he thought the older man said to the young lady, but in no way was he being mean to her. I was appaled that he didn't get off the phone and the way he spoke to him with no respect, embarrassed him in front of other customers, what is wrong with compassion for our seniors. They live in fixed incomes, they do get frustrated over cost of things. I thought to myself 50.00 restocking fee, man thats alot for most of our seniors that live on 1000.00 a month. (He was not complaining about the restocking fee) Jason didn't seem to care about what this man was feeling or needing. It appeared authority went to his head. If maybe he would of got off the phone and just let him know he was going to be taken care of, it would of eased this older man. I called back and found out Jason is not the manager, he is the Asst. Manager. Ashley is the store manager. I spoke with her and expressed my concerns, and didn't like how he treated him. She did ask me not to do the Google review and since I was there was nothing she could do!!!The youg girl that was waiting on him said he had not mistreated her when he ask her, she should of spoke up. You respect your elders and never talk to them like this. 25 + year customer with ATT never seen anything like this. ATT let's do better! Oct 7, 2024 @ 3:00 see who returned a phone.
