We went in last week to purchase a new sectional. Brad help me work through what I was looking for, even after I changed my mind about 5 times. He was even awesome enough to wrap it for me so I could get it home in good shape. I even got the "pillars" (pillows?) that I liked. I will never pass an opportunity to purchase from them again. Between the amazing customer service and the unbeatable prices, this will forever be my furniture store of choice.

I went with my wife looking for her a chair and Brad met us and introduced him self and gave us time to look and talk then came back to check on us! Exactly how we enjoy shopping. We had been to other stores and felt pressured and left with nothing. She found the chair she wanted and Brad took care of us and got it all took care of. When the chair came in he called and when we went to get it he even helped me load it. He took care of us from beginning to end. My wife loves her chair and we were extremely happy with Brad and the service he provided at Cleo’s in Jonesboro.

We had the best experience shopping for furniture at Cleo’s thanks to Brad! We visited several furniture stores looking for what I wanted and Cleo’s had just the thing and the customer service was above exceptional. It’s been a few months now and I absolutely love my chair more each day. When I’m shopping for furniture Cleo’s in Jonesboro will be my go to place. Alan Towne took good care of me .. He was fast and very knowledgeable, but my sectional was defected where you put the legs on, when it came in. They ordered another. When I got there, I wanted to be sure it wasn't defected also because this is the 2nd time I had to rent a truck to pick it up. A younger associate helped me because Alan wasn't at work that day.. I took off the plastic and the dust cover was ripped. The younger associate went and got Brad (the manager) he looked at it and looked at me, and said "It's just the dust cover" I replied with "I know what it is , and just spent $2,200 on this sectional." Brad then replied he would order another . I told him thank you sir , and left. Today Alan called me saying Brad said he wasnt ordering another, and that I ripped the dusk cover(when he wasn't even there when I opened it) . I've bought 2 couches and a bed frame from Cleos and will never be back.. over a Dust cover!!! You guys can thank Brad . I also have 5k friends on Facebook alone and will be sharing my experience on all my social media platforms.. Once again, Thanks Brad
