I had my baby there at the labor and delivery part of the hospital.. very nice nurses and thanks to Dr Booker for delivering my baby girl Dec of 2024.. my only downside of this hospital was the one nurse who ignored and wouldn’t listen to me when I said I didn’t wanna do something she wanted me to do bc how painful it was.. I’m thankful to the two nurses who helped me out of the bathroom so I wouldn’t have my baby in the bathroom.. 🙂 overall I loved this hospital and felt very comfortable for my 3 day stay

My fiancé and I came in around 2:30am and everything as far as the nurses and doctors were well. The nurses were very kind and helpful and both doctors were straight to the point. The only flaw we found was that there was a very long wait (around 7 hours in our room). The nurses kept my fiancé warm blankets and help.

Something is wrong with your phone line. I have called 870-863-2000 several times, and when you press the button to choose your option, it doesn't work. If you hold on the line to be connected to the operator, she answers but she cannot hear you on the other line and you can hear her frustration but she can't hear the person on the other end. FIX IT!!! People on the other side of the country are trying to find out about their loved ones and we cannot get through!!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. I have been dealing with numbness from the base of my spine all the way to my toes for 4 days. My vision got cloudy and my pupils had become two complete different sizes. This was a red flag to me so my parents begged me to go to the ER. My nurse was attentive and great, but the doctor? He’d rather leave me for dead. I’ve been battling thyroid issues and he ordered a ct scan with dye. I asked if the dye would affect my already unhealthy thyroid and they all said no, that was a lie! I’ve been up all night with severe hyperthyroid symptoms much worse than before due to the heavy dose of iodine. And the ct scan? They only checked from my collar bone to my waist.. I asked about my neck multiple times and explained the pressure between my eyes only to be told “your pupils are reacting to light, you’re fine”. Which I guess the doctor was referring to the very dim lit room I was in because he performed no cognitive/neurological tests. This is also the same doctor that attempted to discharge my sister after a car wreck and refuse an x ray… thank Gid my family pushed them to do more because she had a broken spine and could’ve become paralyzed!! It resulted in a transfer to Little Rock for emergency surgery.. and to think they already had her discharge papers written up for “bruising”. SARH is an absolute joke. I will never go back.

I had some of the most caring and encouraging nurses during the delivery of my son and in recovery. Katie spent 7 hours making sure I was comfortable, Casey made me feel like the strongest mama on the planet, and Dallas helped guide us through our first hours as parents. Hannah & Regan were very sweet as well!

My daughter was neglected to the fullest by the staff Labor & Delivery on 4/4 into 4/5 midnight hour. My daughter lost her plug that Thursday morning, after leaving her dr appointment Dr. Watson instructed her that she was 2cm dilated and to go to the hospital when her contractions became unbearable. My daughter called for EMT to take her to the hospital around 8:30pm that night, she said she heard the nurse threw the speaker saying, “oh my God!” When the EMT driver was calling her name in. When they got her to the hospital, she was told that she wasn’t in active labor, and that her contractions wasn’t consistent. My daughter said she requested to be checked for dilation b4 having to leave, she said the nursing staff told her no , they can’t do that, and sent her back home around 10:30pm. I live in dallas, and I received a phone call from my sister at 12:20ish midnight telling me her and her boyfriend delivered my daughter’s baby. She said they was going to pick her up because she called saying she wasn’t feeling good and the pain was worse, when they arrived my daughter baby was crowning, and they had no choice but to deliver the baby. They called 911 and dispatch talked them through what to do. My daughter was in active labor at 8:30 when she 1st went to the hospital, but the nursing staff neglected my daughter 100% and had something happen to my daughter or my granddaughter I would have legally held the hospital responsible. I will still be speaking with someone concerning this whole event, my daughter already has preexisting conditions outside of her pregnancy and to purposely neglect to check her for dilation was morally wrong. There is nothing the hospital can say to fix this no apology can fix this. The staff that night needs to be held accountable for their actions. Telling my daughter she was 2cm at 10:00 am at a doctor’s appointment had nothing to do with her saying her contractions had got unbearable at 8:30 at night, just to refuse to check her, and send her home to have her baby at home with no medical staff around. Poor excuse of a l&d staff

The below review was 2 years ago but this hospital has changed hands and is a whole new hospital! It’s the best hospital I’ve ever been to! They saved my husband’s life this morning! They took his needs seriously and his health seriously! They diagnosed him quickly and they are even knowledgeable about spinal cord injuries! I’ve never felt more seen or heard! They have been amazing! And I do not give praise out easily but they earned it! It feels like and operates as if it’s a brand new hospital and I’m so thankful! So I edited my review!

Old review from 2 years ago:
Everyone was super polite as they sent me home with a husband who was still, completely and very visibly suffering from a neurological issue of some kind. My husband is a quadriplegic bc of a spinal cord injury and we are 2 for 2 on this ER diagnosing him with a UTI and blowing off his other symptoms. If we ever end up at this ER again I will immediately be requesting a medical transport to another hospital.
