We began our collaboration with AdsRole in April 2024. Throughout the three-month period, despite multiple attempts to reach out to them, we were unable to receive timely responses. The feedback we did receive, at best, came several days later. During this time, I observed no tangible results from their work, a concern I raised repeatedly, asking for clarification. Their response was that SEO adjustments take time, and initial results could be seen after three months.

After three months, I found myself asking the same questions and facing the same issues—lack of communication and no discernible results. Frustrated, I decided to seek second opinions and consulted with five independent companies, all specialized in SEO. I asked them to evaluate our website's current state, the progress of our SEO efforts, and what they could offer, as I was considering changing our partner in this area.

All five companies provided nearly identical feedback, with numerous negative comments about our website's condition. They indicated that after four months, not even 30% of the necessary SEO work had been completed. These companies were from different states and even different countries, yet their assessments were the same. I informed ATSROLL of the negative evaluations I had received, but for a week, I was still unable to reach any employees or managers. Despite the fact that I was supposed to make a payment for their services in a few days, they ignored my calls and emails, yet they charged my account in advance for the upcoming month.

When I requested a refund and informed them that I would no longer be working with them, they continued to ignore me and did not return my money. After a week of negotiations, numerous emails, and endless disputes, they finally refunded the prepayment they had taken from my credit card. However, I have lost four months in advancing my business, as well as the money paid for those four months, with no results to show for it. The company showed no concern for the losses I incurred.

Despite everything that transpired in our business relationship, they continued to offer their services. I would strongly advise against engaging with this company.

This location is fake and does not exist. They operate only from India. If you look at the pictures there's a Blinkit bag which is a grocery delivery company based in India, and does not operate in Texas.

They are spammy with phone calls and emails after telling them countless times that I'm not interested.

Bad company with bad practices. Stay away from them.

Terrible decision…

Signed up March 2024 and still my website not ready.

They took £300 for optimisation and I did not tick the box to allow them to store my card details and take further payments as I was trialling their services. Then I see 3x £300 debits on my credit card statements over the last 3 months that I did not agree to ! Claim put in to my credit card company for theft of my £900.

Paid another £500 to create a new site !

So many errors with English language and felt like a stuck record player on repeat.

Sent them what I needed but they still couldn’t provide a privacy policy or agreement to our TOB’s on website. Online bookings not linked to my payment portal ! I gave up!

Anish said he would sort out the blogs and email me immediately but nothing was done.

Said they provide a 24hr service which they don’t as they are closed weekends and open when I’m sleeping.

Total waste of my time and money.. don’t trust them they are liars, thieves and cannot create good content or get a job done professionally.

They have two Google profiles as reviews are so bad and faked a lot on the newer account. Beware..
