During our recent trip to Grove Hill for a football game, we stumbled upon a gem "On The Hill Garden and Market" while looking for somewhere to eat nearby.

Initially uncertain about what to expect when we pulled up, the building, which seemed to be a converted church, caught us by surprise. The cheerful and bright atmosphere immediately drew us in, and we were delighted to discover a unique blend of a gift shop and pizza place.

The conversion from church to gift shop is truly remarkable. The ambiance is so inviting, and the array of unique and wonderful gifts adds a special touch to the overall experience. It's the kind of place that radiates positivity and warmth.

Now, let's talk about the pizza. We decided to give it a try, opting for the classic pepperoni, and it did not disappoint. The crust had a distinct and delicious flavor that elevated the entire pizza. We were pleasantly surprised! Soft drinks are served in cans and there is an outside dining area. Our visit coincided with a perfect evening, and enjoying our meal in the cool breeze with soft music playing made it a memorable dining experience.

Whether you're in the mood for a unique shopping spree or a delightful pizza feast, On The Hill is the place to be. It's a true hidden gem in Grove Hill, and we're so glad we gave it a chance.

If you're ever close to Grove Hill, make sure to stop by and experience it for yourselves. Come for the gift shop, stay for the pizza, or vice versa – either way, you won't be disappointed.

Gray staff! Amazing place to shop for garden plants and supplies! Did I mention they also have fresh baked PIZZA!!! My kids love thier ice cream and we send all our guests here.

I am disgusted with the poor customer service I received from Pam and Valerie. I ordered two ollas, one of which has a manufacturer's defect where a steady water drops out of the bottom. I was assured by Pam before I placed the order that they would make things right if there were any issues upon arrival. I send pics of the defect and was promptly met with gaslighting from Pam as she rudely stated I would have to pay for return shipping if I wanted a refund. I insisted on speaking with Valerie, the owner, but of course she was "unavailable" to speak with me. After much push back they finally sent a return label but would not clarify to me if the cost of the label would be deducted from my refund. Pam stated you'll only get a refund if there is no damage to the item" all the while insisting the olla is not defective even though it isn't holding water. WTH? She even had the audacity to tell me she doesn't recall assuring me before the purchase that the company would make things right (at no cost to me) if there were any defects. These people do not keep their word and I will never give them my business again. At this point, I can't trust them to issue a refund if I return the item, so I will have to figure out a way of patching it myself. This makes me think twice about supporting small business again. Disgusting!

Great plants, great people, reasonably priced. Their plants are always well maintained and you don't have to worry about whether they're going to survive as long as you've got a green thumb.
