RIP OFF ARTIST: Don't trust Adcorp. I paid top dollar for advertising and this company couldn't care less about their clients. I talk with the woman who is the owner and I told her that my ads were not placed where we agreed. She said she would send someone out to the location and place the ads in the place's that we agreed to via our contract. The first phone call was in May and she said someone will fix the ads and email me when it's completed. A month goes by and nothing was fixed and I never got an email. Then June comes and nothing was fixed. I made another phone call and was promised the same thing. July comes and nothing was fixed, I make another call and she made another promise. August comes and another phone and a promise and nothing was fixed and still no email sent confirming that it was fixed. September comes and finally they got it right. My contract was for 12 months of ads which started in May, I told Adcorp that my 12 months should not start until September which is the month everything was corrected. They said the contract started in May and ends in May, Adcorp didn't give me any extra time and they didn't make any concessions for their mistakes. That's not how I run my business. Steve from Make It Vapor. They care about taking your money only. The rude owner Eva wouldn't let me finish any of my sentences of explanation's, she keep interrupting me and it was very unprofessional.

I am the owner of th Antioch Restaurant in Englewood. I agreed with them to put my business logo and some information on shoping cart and they charged me $13.000 for 1 year and all thr shopping card must be carrying my business logo and some more information for my business. They installed the all the shopping cart and less than one month later, they Uninstalled my ads. I reached them about this issue to fix it they never cared, they never respond, they never helped. The Peter is the owner of the company I am trying to reach him out for 3 months he is dissappear. The design and installation process was seamless and the ads came out great. Highly recommend! Every step of the process from meeting with my rep to receiving a call from the CMO was very informative and helpful.

My experience with Adcorp Media Group as a small business owner has been deeply disappointing and financially damaging. I purchased a year-long TV ad contract for their ShopRite Piscataway location based on promises of prominent placement and high visibility. Unfortunately, the ad was delayed, poorly placed, and ultimately ineffective.

Despite assurances to the contrary, the ad was not placed in the location promised, significantly reducing its potential reach. When I attempted to address these concerns with the company, I was met with hostility and aggression, particularly from the CEO.

Their claims of high viewership were demonstrably false, and their attempts to coerce me into fulfilling the contract were both unprofessional and intimidating. I was even prematurely charged for a future installment, which I believe was a retaliatory act for voicing my concerns.

I strongly caution other businesses against engaging with Adcorp Media Group. Their deceptive practices and aggressive tactics pose a serious risk to unsuspecting businesses. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am pursuing legal action to address their misleading advertising and intimidation tactics.

Adcorp's response to my complaints has been dismissive and accusatory, focusing on deflecting blame rather than addressing the core issues I raised. They have failed to acknowledge the significant shortcomings in their service and the detrimental impact their actions have had on my business.

On 2/24/23 I contracted with Adcorp for a 12x24 inch quarter banner at a local ShopRite. Was supposed to be on the banner above the circular kiosk. The ad was made over a month later. Final proof approved on 4/24/23. Heard nothing about install for nearly a month. I reached out on 5/22/23. They responded that it would be installed no later than 5/26/23. In actuality it wasn't installed until 5/31/23. I did not immediately get a chance to see it in person. I had asked any employee to drop cards off as they would be down that way. I did not get a chance to see the ad in person until 6/28/23. At which time I noticed that it was on the display below the waist level. And most importantly was only 10x16 despite my contracted size of 12x24. I called them immediately on the 28th. Called the "Customer Service Hotline" on my contract. Talked to a receptionist who informed me they would pass along my info to customer service since that was not actually a customer service number. I waited for a call back. Did not receive one. Called the next day at about 11:30, so the 29th. Was eventually connected to Eva, the CFO. Explained my issue. Was assured she'd look into it personally. Did not receive a call back that day. They close at 5:30. About 5:15 I called them back. Eva was connected. She explained to me that the sales rep was an independent contractor, and had sold me something that he shouldn't have since they changed the kiosk layout. And that it wasn't that much smaller than the agreed upon advertisement. And all the ways that this wasn't their fault. At this point I was pretty frustrated by their lack of accountability and said that since they hadn't met our contracted specifics I'd just like my money back. She retorted that "I hadn't even given them a chance to fix it" which was never brought up. They never called back. They never offered a plan to fix it. Just a lot of blah blah blah, not our fault. Which it is. My contract is with them, and they failed to meet it. She said she would have to "ask her boss" which seems like a bad excuse to me since she's the CFO. So here we are over a week later and I haven't heard back from them.

Edit: After posting reviews, and comments on their facebook pages and a BBB complaint and stating that I'd pursue a small claims court case I was refunded in whole.

Adcorp media is a pleasure to deal with, they made the process of advertising with them easy, the contract is clear and precise. They communicate well with you from the beginning to the end. Our company is most pleased with them and the guy who helped with our video, Will, paid attention to detail when it came to editing our video and made sure we were happy with the end result. I highly recommend this company!
