I have worked with AdeptPlus for right at a year now and I will say that they really know what they're doing. I have owned my company for 10 years and until I met Peter I didn't have a website I was actually proud of. Once I partnered with them, we worked together to completely redesign my online presence, starting with my website and I couldn't be happier with it. Along with updating my website as needed they also help me with online ads and we have consistent trackable leads coming in monthly. Complete waste of money. The company I manage, hired this company to design our website and handle our SEO/marketing. Agreed to hire for $5,000.00 and was promised certain deliverables. A month after they were hired, they pulled another $5k. We are 6-7 months into this company and over $30,000.00 and the only good thing they have done is create our website. A website that isn't complete. While we are happy with the website, it isn't worth $30 grand. The biggest frustration is that they don't listen. We have been telling them for months the issues we are seeing and every week they provide a metrics update. Their update does not reflect accurately with what we see They act like we are doing great and then we try to tell them about our areas of concern and they dismiss most of it quickly, saying it needs time. They claim to be a Google partner, and they haven't been able to get our Google My Business pages fixed or operational. We have been asking for 2 months to get a Google Ads Campaign going for our Colorado location and they haven't even started one. After 6 months and a ton of money, they are not producing the results they indicated they would. We recommend that should you speak with this company, do not hire, RUN.
