The nurses and doctor were very nice and attentive. The doctor explained really well and helped me understand more what was going on with me. Also the nurse was very polite and patient with me and the front deck were friendly and helpful

I have extensive Tendonitis in my shoulder went into urgent care because I couldn't deal with the pain after a week. Dr Solis is so smart knowledgeable and very patient and kind. His Nurse Elizabeth Taylor was so sweet asked to hold my hand because I'm scared of needles. They both were awesome and kept me calm even though I was in agony. I wish they could care for my whole family if they were our PCP.

Dr solis was very kind and caring. He helped me resolve my issue and helped me figure out the next steps. The woman who shadows him is also exceptionally kind and does a great job of explaining things. She helped me feel at ease while also sharing her expertise.

I don't usually write reviews ,but I love this urgent care! All the doctors and staff are super friendly, but special shout out and huge thank you to Dr. Solis! I have been here many times before and have had great experiences each time. This week I was dealing with an awful sickness and he was able to help me for a smooth return to work.
Dr Solis, makes his patients feel comfortable and at ease. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable. Very lucky to have someone like him in our community. Truly grateful!

Dr. Liz was so positive and knowledgeable. She went over everything and the prescription worked and my back is back in order. There was no wait on a Sunday morning and everything was very efficient.

Some of the worst care I've ever received. I came into the office with intense back muscle pain. It wasn't apparently very busy, but I waited at least half an hour in the exam room before being seen. When the doctor finally came (I think his name was Wheeler), he acted as though he didn't believe what I was telling him about my pain. He ordered an x-ray, and when the x-ray technician finally came, he was rude and dismissive. After my x-rays, I then waited another 45 minutes for the first doctor to come back and tell me basically nothing.

The person at the front desk was totally fine, everyone else seemed uninterested in providing care. This was a waste of three hours.

Dr. Fox was incredibly caring, kind, and knowledgeable, with a wonderful personality! He was a great listener and explained things clearly. I was very impressed by how he was able to put me at ease, even though I was feeling horrible at the time. The staff could not have been nicer and were very accommodating!

I do not recommend this urgent care. My son and I came here for his sports physical. First off the receptionist ignored us while she sat in a room with clear view of us standing at the counter. Then although there were no other patients visible or in the waiting room we waited 20 minutes before being shown to a room. A nurse proceeded to take his vitals but then we waited over an hour before even being seen by the doctor. We were given no information about why it was taking so long or any indication of how long it would be before the doctor would see us. When we finally saw the doctor the whole exam only took 10 minutes. She was the bright side of this experience, very efficient. We were there for two hours. If he didn’t really need the physical today we would have left.
