I was hesitant to accept a meeting at the time because most places are very pushy with sales pitches. I'm very glad I chose to take the meeting, Julie D was wonderful. She took the time to fully explain everything in detail and made sure any questions were answered. She even gave advice on things that we could handle in house. The best part is she didn't push for or expect anything in return. She mentioned their goal is to establish relationships and educate people and that's very much what I experienced. It was a very informative into meeting. Darrin really took the time to explain things to me and showed me where we were doing well and not so well. He was very generous with both his time and his knowledge. I never felt I was given skewed or incomplete info. And I was not given a hard sell. Overall, very informative initial meeting.
