We created a free profile and got a sizeable piece of business. I've seen traffic on our site from them as well. Adam and the folks at Agency Spotter are good at helping you create a profile and guide you as to what works and what doesn't. We're looking at upgrading to have more tools and access to more leads. If the free service is any indication, I'm optimistic about my ROI.

Terrible company. Called me and was looking to sell me a PRO listing. I asked about performance the sale rep suggested I complete my profile and get customer reviews and let it run for awhile. He assured me it would prove itself and we could talk PRO after that.

I spent a lot of time setting everything up and getting some of my customers to write reviews. After my customer wrote a review they sent her an email telling her she had to prove she was the business owner by emailing them back using her company email.

She is a small company and uses Google mail for email and not a corporate branded domain. When that was explained to her, they shut down her review wasting the time of my client and my time.

Trying to resolve this I found this company does not have a phone system and you cannot call them. Disreputable company. Stay away from these guys.
