Dropped off a USPS package here for convenience. Package went missing and tracking was never scanned. Beware. I went back and asked for help. They were very kind, but assumed no liability. I suppose its not their fault, but it would be nice to know where the package is.

I love the customer service here! The staff is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable while assisting me with my deliveries. This is my first choice when it comes to dropping off & delivering packages. They actually have better shipping rates than other companies, and provide many other services as well. It is always a pleasant experience doing business with the Aim Mai Center.

Use to be a very reliable and consistent spot to take my packages to. However, I tried dropping off a package Saturday at 2pm since they close at 3pm and they were already closed. If hours are changing then make sure it’s posted online so everyone is aware

Most of my visits to AIM are to drop off pre-paid packages, but the few times I have need to send something, they've always been quick and helpful, and I've never had an issue with anything I've sent through them. It's handy having somewhere close by to ship from.
