The Shoals Dream Center is so grateful for Ally Communications! As a faith-based nonprofit, our emphasis and energies are focused on serving the families of our community. Ally takes care of all of our technology and communication needs that are used in community service and allows us to focus on the people! They do it so well that we actually forget what is being done! From monitoring the internet service to providing phone service to tracking the flow of calls, Ally Communications allows us to look back on our day with assurance that the Shoals Dream Center has the tools needed to make an impact in our community!

My business partners and I recently opened a new business in Jasper Alabama, and we chose Ally Communications to be our “one stop shop” for television, internet, and telephones. We were extremely pleased with their services and highly recommend them to any business owner trying to manage these essential technologies. Joel, Whitney, and Sean handled everything from choosing third party providers, installation, training, and tech support. Joel,
I think it is very important to give credit when it is due. I want you to know that Jacob has time and time again went above and beyond to help me on all of my “silly” questions and been so patient with me when it comes to running our business. To have the confidence that Ally is just a phone call away is so comforting. I know that we often don’t give credit to those that we work so closely with, however I feel that it is very important. Jacob has done an outstanding job helping me connect to our VPN and doing things 10 times with me, so I am comfortable when I leave for vacation. I leave Saturday and HAVEEEE to be able to connect to our server, because I have to do payroll. I called this morning and he called me back within 30 minutes and had me up and running in no time.
I just wanted you to know that he is a star employee and I appreciate him.
