Was holding out hope for the company after applying for two different properties. The application process along with the wait/response seems to be a lengthy process for this company. Experiencing the excitement of potentially moving in to a new space, then being disappointed weeks later isn’t worth my time. Also it is not a first come first serve basis. They wait till every last application is in before the owner gets to choose who’s the “perfect fit”.

I scheduled a meeting with one of their representatives for an apartment, and when I arrived, they informed me they did not have my appointment and the property was already being rented. So I can only assume that these people either did not put my appointment on the calendar, or canceled it without a call or voicemail. Awfully nice of them to leave me uninformed.

We have been dealing with these property managers for many, many years and truly feel blessed to have found them. We own a property, in Pioneer, that they have helped us with and have always found them to be professional and caring. They call quickly to resolve any problem that the tenant brings to their attention, and we feel that they deal with it quickly. We trust them to be fair and have never been disappointed. We have total peace of mind knowing that they are taking care of both the tenants and us ... fairly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are friendly and communicative ... always there to answer our questions and advise us. We have properties in other states, and only wish all managers would do as great a job. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

Amador County Property Management have been a joy to work with thus far. My husband and I have both been very impressed by how quickly Jen and Judy respond to any questions or concerns we've had and their customer service is outstanding. We look forward to growing with them.

Be aware that if you clean your place they still intend to collect the "full" cleaning deposit. My advice is to not bother. You are exhausted already so don't put yourself through it. On the walk through the manager did indicate as much...but we were not pigs by a long shot.

This is the first tme dealing with amador property management. I can say this has been the smoothest and easiest transition for me and my family. Highly recommend if you need a rental!!!
