Andrea managed the sale of our home of 30 years.

1. She started our sale by getting a clear understanding of our needs and goals.
2. She managed all of the many inspectors and coordinated the scheduling of the work needed based on the inspections. She has a list of tradesmen who were great, both in price and the on-sight crews.
3. Setting up for sale is truly challenging. Andrea brought in a stager who worked with our furnishings and augmented them as she felt appropriate. The stager walked us through the work we needed to do to make our home ready to be staged. Once the work was completed, the stager and an associate returned for a very full day of actual staging.
4. Once staged, Andrea had a photographer take and prepare photos of our entire property. This, we believe, was the most significant step taken by Andrea in preparing our home for sale. The photography was fabulous. Other homes for sale did not have the eye appeal of the photos Andrea selected.
5. The next step was open houses. Andrea managed each seamlessly.
6. From the day our home was put on the public market, it took Andrea 15 days to deliver a solid contract of sale.
