Kyle, the team member who helped me, was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He offered recommendations, and answered all my questions.

I have been coming here for while now. Love the points, I get $5 off after so many points. Staff is always friendly. The frozen custard is amazing. So many options to choose from when it comes to the menu. I get the original straw-ana sundae more often than anything. I love the banana and strawberries! Always had plenti of the fruit but like everywhere else prices go up and they start cutting down on the amounts. I was so disappointed with the amount of fruit. I got a large and I don't expect it to be full of fruit but it was very minimal! Maybe 5 slices of banana and 4 of strawberry. I gave it to my son!

Andy’s Frozen Custard is amazing! Their custard is so rich and creamy—it’s seriously the best I’ve had. They have tons of flavors and mix-ins, and everything tastes super fresh. The staff is always friendly, and the portions are huge. If you love frozen treats, you’ve got to check out Andy’s!

Our first time visiting from out of state and this place did not disappoint! The apple pie tasted exactly like you're biting into an apple pie, my daughter got the Oreo concrete and it was really good, they even sell caramel apples that my husband really enjoyed!

A year+ later I thought that I’d give this venue another try. 9:30pm on a Monday, Veterans Day, and yes, I’m a Veteran. I ordered a large concrete; vanilla with cherries. I then ask to use the bathroom. “Sorry, we just cleaned it, and it’s closed for the night.” Are you serious?! An elderly customer needs to use the bathroom, and you tell them no?! No sale! I asked for the phone number to the manager. Off the clerk went. I couldn’t wait any longer; so I left. I will never ever visit Andy’s Custard for any frozen custard. As a Veteran I ask my fellow veterans to boycott this business. And I warn the elderly and disabled that they may be subject to such rude service. Andy’s is forever on my blacklist of places to never do business with.

Frozen custard is a better, higher quality of dessert than ice cream or DQ. The frustrating part in ordering here is customer service. I’ve had orders made wrong, and they were kind enough to credit back my charge. For the most part the associates don’t understand or care to listen when taking an order. The image included in this review is based upon an order for a large cherry concrete; 3/4’s vanilla custard and 1/4’s chocolate custard — after the associate didn’t understand what a “dollop” of chocolate custard is… and presumed I wanted chocolate chips; and then confused it for chocolate syrup. I don’t understand what’s so difficult in placing an order for a large concrete using vanilla custard, adding a dollop of chocolate custard, and mixing in cherries. Is that too hard?

Update 07/25/23: came tonight asking for a concrete - 1 scoop of chocolate, the other 4 vanilla. I got the same mess of chocolate; and hardly any cherries. I’m done coming to Andy’s. The customer service is trash 🗑️. I’ve received better service at DQ. And a Blizzard is way cheaper than a concrete. Good luck getting a special order made to your liking. It’s their way, not yours. Who cares about what you want. You’re a nuisance to them as they talk behind the counter listening to their music. 0 for no frozen custard; -5 for egregious and rude service; and 1 Star for atmosphere as I need to leave something for the review. Unbelievable!

boy where do I even start. Wow… just, wow. absolutely breathtaking! my friends have always told me “go to andys!” and I always disregarded; it but I decided to give it a chance this time around and I was not disappointed in the slightest. The icecream was pretty good but where this place shines is the pure whimsicality of the employees and their quality service. When I went I ordered a cookies and cream and the girl on the tablet was so nice and explained the whole menu to me. and once I had gone to the window the employee named kyle was the sweetest boy who made sure I was having the best experience there and even offered my inbred french bull dog a little pup. I definitely will bring my entire church back here in the morning!

I've never quite experienced a place as splendid as this establishment, it is truly an honor to bask in the glory of such a finely made well-crafted custard. The customer service is exquisite and the host of one Kyle Drake who is the most dare I say daper of all customers in this fine field he always greets with such passion and enthusiasm truly a glorious king. Whoever this Andy is I must meet him as soon as possible.

Bordeaux chip was the main reason why I would drive all the way to Andy’s. Their quality has gone down. This pint hardly had any cherries or chocolate chips in it.
