I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be taken back. Dr. Thompson is more prompt getting into my room and seeing me than most doctors. I truly feel like he and his staff care about me and my health.

Dr. Thompson was very astute and thorough in his follow up of a toe I had fractured and dislocated and was not healing well or in a timely fashion and I continued to experience pain. He explained everything in detail, and was very kind and patient in answering my questions. He offered me a treatment that he was optimistic about that would avoid surgery, and gave me the option of having it done that day, or think about it and set up an appointment. I opted to get it done that visit, and am happy to report that my pain finally went away and I got a good report on the healing and improved bone density. The treatment was Platelet replacement. Unfortunately, it was not covered by insurance, but that was explained up front as well. Even though I have been a nurse for decades, Orthopedics is not my specialty, so I very much appreciated the attention to detail and careful explanations. Thank you Dr. Thompson and staff!
