Have the 100mps package and it’s somehow terrible, it’s very inconsistent and speeds drop every single day. Not just once or twice but all day, constantly dropping at times. Have a very good router/lan cables to devices...there should be no problems, but is.

Absolutely unsatisfied with the reliability this company provides: Internet drops, ArkWest application frozen to screen, extremely weak connectivity, you name it! This is the second time this week we’ve had problems with the ArkWest application and internet dropping and I feel like it’s only my household...
This company used to have fewer issues until they started making cable, internet based to stream shows. What gives? I’m already paying 100 dollars a month for a service that drops connection at the ABSOLUTE worst times. I can’t even trust myself to do my homework at home without worrying about an internet drop. My mother watches the news every day before work and just last night and the 3 nights before, the ArkWest application logo was frozen onto the screen. The first time, I had a nice lady help me resolve my issue, but heck, am I going to have to call ArkWest ALL the time when their application is messing up on my TV?

Very nice people over at the ArkWest center, but I’m almost absolutely certain that they don’t know how to handle internet drops/ArkWest App outage like that for households.

2/10, would not recommend.

Will gladly update to 5 stars once problems have been resolved for a period of time.

What used to be a stable connection, it now drops at the WORST moments you can be in. For example, online tests given from university. Some students get a big fat ZERO if they are kicked out of a test because of dropped internet connections.
Decent prices for good mbps for gaming and streaming but let’s try and aim for reliability...

Was good until I got the 100mb package. Got worse which makes no sense. Only works half the time and the other half is spent waiting on the slow speeds. Lots of problems that need to be fixed. Would not recommend but kinda the only option around here. Would choose another ISP if I could but I'm kinda forced to only use them.

Our internet, which runs through a fiber-optic cable, AND we pay over 100 dollars a month for, just randomly cuts out for around 30-40 minutes and becomes incredibly slow for absolutely no reason, multiple times a week. I would not recommend their internet services AT ALL. Get your act together.

Our internet went out recently and I called Carmen (who had helped me successfully with a technical issue beforehand) and she sent a technician to our house to diagnose the problem. Neal arrived at our house shortly later and was able to diagnose the problem right away and got us back up and running in no time flat! Many thanks to Carmen and Neal, two OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES of Arkwest!

I have not been able to get ahold of anyone since cable changed to relying on internet. I call, and it says "leave a message" then shuts off before I can. The gentleman that installed our service was the best, but now we cannot get an answer to why things aren't working.
