I cannot recommend Malisha Patel enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and professional. From the moment I met her, she made me feel heard and understood. Arrowhead orthopedic physical is the best! I had 2 separate total knee replacements, both with Arrowhead! Dr. Shah was great. All of the physical therapists were great!!! The push you enough to make improvements but not excruciating pain. Job well done!!! Thank you!

I normally have a good experience at this office. I've had two surgeries on my foot done by Dr Phan. He's a great surgeon. Staff is friendly. However you have to call several times to remind them to put authorizations through, and get services they promise they'll do ASAP. They days go by and you have to call again. It's very frustrating while trying to recover.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my visit. Unfortunately, I found myself waiting in the lobby for an extensive period without being seen. The long wait times and the apparent double/triple booking of patients significantly affected my time and comfort.
Additionally, there was no available seating due to the high volume of patients waiting. It was quite challenging to navigate the situation, and I felt that the value of patients' time was not adequately acknowledged. I will seek medical care elsewhere.

If I could do zero stars I would!!! Do NOT COME HERE made an appointment for 2:10 and wasn't even seen till after 4! Over two hours sitting in a room. No sense or urgency or care about other people's time. What's the point in having an appointment if I still have to wait hours to be seen.... never coming back.

First time making an appointment here, appointment was @2:30 it is now 4:00 still haven’t seen the Dr. There were patients behind me and they close at 5pm a little behind is understandable but to wait a hr and a half is pushing it. Close to home doesn’t matter if service is under-par!

Called today 5/14/25 for physical therapy and was told they DO NOT . HAVE STAFF to accept appt's for referrals from other DR'S. i wanted to go there due to living in chino hills .area? Pos place of business

Malisha Patel is a phenomenal PA she goes above and beyond for her patients. She is kind and caring not just as a physican assistant. Also as a person she made me feel like, I was a friend of hers. She also is very knowledgeable and DR sang Le spoke highly of her to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
