The staff is always so friendly, truly interested what I'm looking for & there to make it a pleasant overall experience. Wished I could do a "no star" rating!
Where do I start..
First, I needed to return an item that I thought I would need & it turned out I didn't need it & they would not let me return it if they had to reimburse me money & so I told them that I would like to exchange it for an area rug.
I picked out the area rug I loved & the sales lady, Teresa, went & got the ticket & checked me out at the front desk. SHE, HERSELF, GOT THE SALES TICKET. Her & I both saw the same ticket. I told her I wanted the display because she said it was new. After the transaction was made & I had signed my papers, me, her & my mother went to help pick up the area rug. As we moved everything, she noticed she had picked up the wrong sales tag. I would understand if the transaction would not have already been made but it was finalized. So, I told her it was her job to have read the sales tag before she check me out at the desk. She rudely raised her voice & said, "look at all of this furniture. I would love for you to come here and do my job for one day because you couldn't."
I replied with that I had a job just like she did.
& she said "I have multiple jobs here." She referred to all the children that come in the store as, I quote, "screaming banshees" & she could not always go behind them & check the tags on things that they mess with.
So, I told her I didn't want to buy the area rug, payed off my account and walked out & said I would never be back. I have NEVER been treated well at Badcock in Oneonta, AL. But, I am done after today. Teresa was so rude & hateful! I miss the previous manager Donna! Badcock has lost excellent business from me & my husband & even through out the bad times I still stuck around. After what happened, I cannot go back.

I have dealt with Badcock furniture twice in the last two years. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Magnificent collection of the finest of furniture. Prices are in my opinion on the high side. Otherwise they are just great!

I have had credit with this company for 3 years, never been late on a payment. Actually I have paid before payment was due. I paid off my account a week ago and now I need a washer and went in and they said I have a 1750 credit limit and the washer is only 498. But they want me to pay 113 down . I have bought 4 things from them in the past and never had to pay that big of a down payment. SO NO I WILL NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE OR EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS

I went to the Badcock furniture store in Oneonta Alabama. The staff was helpful with getting what I needed. I was looking for 2 comfortable recliners that was made of the best material for we are older people and we hope it will last us a long time.The Young lady that helped me was very nice. I can't remember her name but she is Hispanic. I have purchased from her before and I have been a customer for 8 years.
