I had a printer on my home network that I wanted to get reprogrammed in case it was the source of a recurring virus. Adam was very responsive via email while I arranged the visit (2 hour drive each way for me). He had the repair done in 10 minutes and refused to charge me.

I had a great experience with him and would return if I need future service.

I called to schedule a service appointment for a printer. Technician took time out to talk through a diagnosis on the phone. We were able to get the printer up and running, saved me 1 1/2 hr drive. Great customer service based company who cares!

They wouldn't print a file from a flash drive because they were afraid of a virus. I would think they would have a virus scanner at a place that offers printing services. They said they had a virus before, So I wonder if they ever notified their customers of a potential data leak?

My father was asked to pay for an employee's wages for helping him with the photocopy machines when checking out. Avoid this place. There are other options in town where you have a much better chance of having professional interactions with the owners and management and not be made to feel like your visit is a burden on them and their staff.

Dropped off a file to be copied..they said would be ready in a few days..called 4 days later, they said they had not even looked at it..they decided they did not have time to copy it...never even contacted us to let us know..bad for business ...won't go back !!!
