I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the website design services we received from Bamboo 9 I believe it's crucial to provide feedback in order to improve services and prevent others from facing a similar disappointing experience.

Firstly, the handover of our website was nothing short of a over promise and under deliver , and when the website was finally delivered, it was far from meeting our expectations.

It seemed as though once payment was received, there was little interest in ensuring our satisfaction.

If there's one positive aspect I can acknowledge, it's Bamboo 9 expertise in paid media services. It appears that your company excels in this area.

However, I want to emphasize that our experience with website design was extremely disappointing, and I would caution others against using your services for this purpose. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to make necessary improvements in your web design division.
