My experience with FIND IT NOW DALLAS and 508 DIGITAL has been absolutely HORRIBLE. Communication is terrible, they do not deliver, they give constant excuses and under perform! I am STILL in the process of getting what I need from them. 3 months into it and I still am barely put together as an account with them. I would not recommend anyone use their services. I could go on forever on the issues we have encountered, but the moral of the story is DO NOT USE THEM.

Stay Away from this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM. 508 Digital/Find it Now/DMNmedia are bullies and do not serve their clients.
They will pull you in with a big marketing sales pitch and show you all the ways they can help you follow through for about 1 month then drop you. They did not give me any of the services promised, and continued to bill me for 7 months after I cancelled services no matter how many time I called or wrote in to tell them to stop. They admitted they didn't even offer the services I was paying for anymore and they hadn't been working on my account. This did not stop them from continuing to bill me month after month. I had to change my CC information file a major complaint on the charges. All reviews were found in my favor demanding they refund me the money they billed me for after I had desloved the contract, but no, they are still continuing to bill me and trying to charge my CC even after this. They are all friendly and sweet when they meet you but seriously do not let them have your CC or Bank Account information because they will keep billing you long after they aren't working for you anymore!!!

They are absolutely terrible and have caused me so much stress and anxiety I cannot even explain. I think they feel like they can just get away with bullying small businesses because they know we don't have the money to go against them legally. However if they keep treating customers the way they treated me. I would not be surprised if we all joined together to finally get them to stop harassing us.

DO NOT USE THEM!! RUN far far away!!!

Very bad customer service.. DO NOT USE THEM.. very rude people.. I never write reviews and I have put if off for 2 years. I am surprised that they are still in business ,but comparing the results with the new company versus these guys, I would have had better results if I threw that money away.
