The room rates should be the lowest rate for walk in and telephone in reservations. The room second door was broken the shower drain plugged up. The room needed a complete cleaning. The linens on one of the beds were stained.The employees should all speak fluent English, some did not.We did not get the high quality customer service in all areas we should have. We were told the room rates would be the same for additional per week stays, they were not. The hallway carpeting was heavily stained. The smoke smell of substances came thru the heat air unit as did the animal skunk odor.I am fully aware your business is busy. I believe you are able to correct and improve all of these matters. The service in the breakfast dining area as well as the food served was great, thank you the employees that prepared the meals. Our stay was about two years ago.

Reservation was canceled before I even arrived. Showed up about 8pm the night of my reservation to only be told they had no record of me. After showing them my booking receipt I was told they tried to call me in the morning due to a payment issue and due to that they cancelled my reservations. I seem to think that was a made up excuse due to overbooking. I can tell they never tried to run my card from alerts from my bank but beside the point I had requested to pay at property. I stay at 20-30 hotels a year and have never had this issue before when not pre paying. With an event in town most hotels were booked so didn't leave me with much option especially so late at night. Long story short was frustrated with the property.

This Best Western is walking distance from downtown. Lots of stores and restaurants to visit. We were there for NDGW 49er days which happened to overlap Dandelion days, word has it there was a rodeo going on nearby. In short, lots going on last weekend.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. It took me a while to figure out how to control the heat. The best part is
Breakfast is included. They offer scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage, muffins, toast, bagels. A mini waffle maker, a yogurt machine with toppings, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and juice, as well as hot and cold cereal options. So there's something for everyone.

Very average hotel, but not a bad place to stay if you just need to crash for the night. We booked a room with a fireplace but it did not work. Some of the bathroom hardware needed upgrades. Sink was funky and you had to turn it just enough to turn the water off. Bathroom fan was noisy and lights in the room flickered from time to time. Free breakfast was decent.

The only downside is that, I think I had a ghost experience, I was watching the news on TV while eating my ice cream inside the room, I heard a woman humming a song in my ears. She has a very sweet and mellow voice. Yes I got scared. Other than that we had a nice room

This hotel has really improved in recent years. Our room was great, breakfast was really solid (love the yogurt machine), and the value was far superior to the Holiday Inn Express in town, which ripped off our basketball team last year. This is the place to stay in Jackson.

The personnel is great the front desk is exceptional the rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast is always good. The front desk is great very helpful and thoughtful you are always greeted with a smile and treated like you are appreciated.

Not sure if we are given the low quality room or all rooms at the hotel are low quality. We paid 130+ for the room
but the bed is old with uneven mattress and the pillows are either very flat or too high.

Everything in the room isn't really best western quality. That is fine for me as long as the bed and pillow are comfortable. I didn't have a good night sleep and suffered severe back&neck pain the mext day
