On the 25 of December 2024 that morning there was a mean rude pantry lady in the breakfast area that ignores my question and unprofessional front desk lady that did nothing to help , i am shocked to face such unclass , employees needs some professional training , smell of weed in the elevator and ground floor , unwelcoming vibes , toilet seat is rocky , and key card doesnโ€™t work , please donโ€™t come here and find somewhere else ! We will never be back or recommend to all our business friends and colleagues .

What an amazing hotel. ๐Ÿคฉ
After a long day of travel for work it was wonderful to check in to a clean spacious room with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. 24 hour coffee was indeed a bonus. Gal checking us in was very kind and welcoming.
Breakfast in the morning was equally wonderful, hot, and fresh. You can tell that the breakfast attendant cares about her guests.
Front desk gal was super amazing at check out, even taking the time to talk about our dog. Very pet friendly hotel and reasonable pet charge.
We will indeed stay again when we are in the area. Thank you staff.

The room had everything you needed. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved the fact that fridge had a freezer for my ice pack. Location was easy to find. Close to casino. Breakfast had gluten free choices. Coffee was hot and fresh. Front desk clerk was accommodating about my room requests.

All in all, it's a clean comfortable reasonable place to stay. There is not one any better in close proximity to the casino. There is a Holiday Inn about a 1/4 mile away but we have stayed there as well and as far as clean, and renovations etc they are tied. My only complaint this time is the shower head is really yucky it looks like it's never been wiped down the pink & black mildew on it is not that hard to clean up especially if you are throughly cleaning the tub after each guest. Also there was a hair in the bottom of the tub. Aside from that we had a nice comfortable stay got a suite on the second floor 221 air worked great and it did appear to be clean every where else just the shower head and tub could use some attention to detail. We'll stay here again I am sure until they finish the hotel at Saracen casino In fall of 2025. Also there is some road noise you can hear but it's not to terrible.

Lady who check us in should not be on front desk. I walk in and said hello and had a reservation. She said I'd and credit card.. she explained rules smoking and pets, breakfast hours wifi on the card holder, pointed me to elevators. I asked about pool it was under repairs, it was tarped, waffle maker was broke, lady doing breakfast had an attitude as well as check out girl... No one put them self out for customer service... The room we think was clean, we found a bottle cap and a fork on the floor, so if they missed vacuuming what else was skimmed over...

Our stay was just okay! The staff was exceptional and I loved the service we received. However, the rooms are not worth the price. The pictures will definitely make you believe this hotel is top notch, but you will be a little disappointed when you arrive. The lamps in the room were slightly rusty. The bathroom sink stopper was broken. And the bed was ripped on the side. It just wasn't clean to my standards! But the bed slept good and it was extremely quiet.

Front desk smelled like old cigarettes and rooms were extremely damp and full of mold/mildew. Make sure you pull the sheets back our bed was moldy. Sheets were clean

Do not stay on the lower floor. We were in room 108. You can hear everyone walking above you as the floor squeaks horribly. The room layouts are good, and they wereโธ clean. Paint coming off the wall in the bathroom. The staff was good. Could be more cheerful and welcoming. We did find every business in Pine Bluff to be not very welcoming and poorly managed. Skip Pine Bluff and stay in the suburbs of LittleRock.
