I seldom ever write reviews or recommendations for a business. However, I have been thoroughly impressed with Josh and his team at Beyond the Brand Media. They have integrity, proficiency and great attention to detail.

After a couple of other web developers, wasted money and broken promises, it was refreshing to come on board with Beyond the Brand. Josh is very honest and upfront about his business model and what he can and cannot do for you. He made an error on a quote he gave me. Once he realized he made a mistake, he made it right by providing a quote that was even better than the first. Josh has always kept his word and has never made a promise he did not keep. He has even gone above and beyond to help me in areas that extend beyond his realm of web development.

This is arguably the best part. The team at Beyond the Brand Media is incredibly adept at what they do -- and they’re fast. The time from when we first talked about layout design to the webpage being fully operational was less than two weeks. Their work is top notch and I cannot help but crack a smile every time I hear somebody talk about how professional my website looks. Once your website is finished, if you ever have any requests for changes to be made, their helpdesk team are like wizards. I have never had to wait more than two hours for them to make requested changes.

Josh and the team at Beyond the Brand Media have exceptional attention to detail. They notice and optimize things that I would have never noticed. Josh will often call with observations and suggestions as to how to further drive sales and increase revenue. An example of this is their abandoned cart recovery service. It has made me tons of money. I make more money when I allow them to do what they do best.

I would definitely recommend Beyond the Brand Media. From our very first interaction through to design and launch and now managing our website it has been fantastic, it's always a great experience. The team at Beyond the Brand Media is terrific with communication, creativity, speed, and accepting and interpreting critical feedback and turning it into something amazing. A team like theirs is tough to find. This is not just another website designing company, it is a complete website design and management package. If you want something that does it all so you don’t have to worry about anything, this is your best bet. Beyond the Brand Media gives us flexibility and control but what impressed us most was the customer/technical support. BBM staff were humans, who really knew the websites, focused on trying to understand our issue and helped us to solve any problem we were running into. As a small business/restaurant, I can't stress enough how important a well designed website is. Josh and his team have provided that reality for us. The communication and level of professionalism on their end has been beyond what we could hope for. Updates to our website are a breeze and happen in a very timely fashion. Our website, previously was an afterthought, until we saw what a valuable tool it could be.

The migration went incredibly smooth and they were there every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns we had. The support was amazing and VERY responsive.
