We have been reaching out for over a year, calling, stopping in person, email, and I feel my order is getting pushed to the bottom. Someone was going to come measure in June ‘21, and that didn’t happen. Last week Mike told me he’d send someone over to take the old sign down, since it’s falling apart, and that didn’t happen either. Outside of us reaching out multiple times over the past 1 year, 4 months, we haven’t been reached out to once. We haven’t even received an estimate as promised 4-5 times.

We had big praise from other customers for Big River Sign, and the whole process has been unfortunate.
