Bill and his team did a great job selling our property. He worked hard to get the property ready for sale, as we haven’t been there for years. He was patient in dealing with many issues that arise when selling a longtime family property. Bill was knowledgeable about the property value comps and the where best to list the sale price. Bill is wonderful to work with! He is very approachable and friendly. He will ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Bill Tate was really great to work with. This would be the first time buying a house for my wife and I. We had a lot of questions throughout the process and Bill was immensely helpful to us.
