We switched our IT services to Biztec over a year ago and have been extremely pleased with our decision. Biztec technicians made a thorough evaluation and troubleshooting of the network, wireless, and hardware at the company I work for. They discovered major issues that had been overlooked by other companies. They were easy to schedule for service and explained the improvements they were going to make and why. The technician ran a service check to make sure the improvements took hold, and helped identify an issue with external (Comcast) wiring.
We also went with this company for our office phones and they have customized the phones to our needs, including holiday and out of office messages. I recommend this company, they have provided excellent service!
