Da meine bisherigen Webentwickler ihre Arbeit nicht weiterführen konnten, sollte meine Anwendung zu Blackbit übertragen werden. Im Juni gab es hierzu auch ein ausführliches erstes Meeting samt erster Kostenschätzung. Bis ein konkretes Angebot vorgelegt wurde hat es dann drei Monate gedauert. Da zunächst kein Zeitdruck bestand, war das für mich kein Problem. Zum Problem wurde es dann, als das Angebot drei mal so hoch war wie die ursprüngliche Schätzung - also etwa 7.000€ mehr Kosten als anfangs prognostiziert. Diese Abweichung wurde im Angebot weder kommentiert noch begründet, in meinen Augen eine absolute Frechheit.
Auf meine anschließende Nachfrage per E-Mail, ob man sich zu dem erhöhten Aufwand äußern möchte, kam auch Wochen später keine Reaktion. In dieser E-Mail hatte ich das Angebot aber bereits abgelehnt. Auch dann erwarte ich von einer professionellen Agentur aber eine andere Art der Kommunikation als peinliches Schweigen.
